The ride height sensors on the AccuAir e-Level kits utilize a 2 piece system which includes the actual sensor, and the plastic arm that mounts to the top. Oftentimes, a malfunctioning ride height sensor may not require the full sensor to be replaced, only the arm. Instead of having to purchase the whole sensor, AccuAir has made it very simple to replace just the arm with this direct replacement ROT-120 plastic arm replacement. This plastic arm simply bolts in place of the factory arm for a quick and easy replacement to get your air suspension system working properly again.

Frequently asked questions

What does an AccuAir system do in an air suspension setup?

AccuAir systems provide electronic air management for full air suspension setups. They typically control compressors, valves and height sensors to maintain preset ride heights automatically, often with features like multiple height memory settings and automatic levelling.

What vehicles are compatible with the ROT 120 Plastic Arm?

The ROT 120 Plastic Arm is designed for use with AccuAir e-Level kits. It is compatible with a variety of vehicles that utilise these kits, but it is essential to verify compatibility with your specific model before purchase. Always refer to the manufacturer's specifications for your vehicle.

What is the typical lift range supported by the ROT 120 Plastic Arm?

The ROT 120 Plastic Arm is designed to work within the parameters set by the AccuAir e-Level system. It does not directly affect lift height but ensures accurate ride height readings, which are crucial for maintaining the desired lift range of your air suspension setup.

Can I use the ROT 120 Plastic Arm with other brands of air suspension systems?

The ROT 120 Plastic Arm is specifically designed for AccuAir e-Level kits and may not be compatible with other brands. Using components not designed for your specific system can lead to inaccurate readings or system failure, so it is recommended to use only the intended parts.

What should I do if my ride height sensor is malfunctioning?

If your ride height sensor is malfunctioning, first check the condition of the ROT 120 Plastic Arm. If the arm is damaged or worn, replacing it may resolve the issue without needing to replace the entire sensor. If problems persist, further diagnosis of the sensor may be necessary.
