Every good air suspension kit should have a high quality air tank to store the air produced by the air pumps. Most air tanks on the market are going to require you to run valves externally, meaning you will have more to deal with during install and more plumbing that will be visible. Our patented ENDO-VT™ valve integrated air tank provides a cleaner install by having the valves integrated into the air tank. This allows for quicker installs and an overall nicer presentation in your trunk, truck bed, or anywhere else you choose to mount your tank. The ENDO-VT also represents AccuAir’s next generation of solenoid valve technology that includes VFC™ (variable flow control) in addition to D.O.T. approved fully filtered and rebuildable FFPTC (fully-filtered push-to-connect) fittings.

About ENDO Tanks

AccuAir’s ENDO-Tank product line is the result of years of engineering accomplishments and represents the largest leap forward in air tank technology for 100 years. The system allows tanks to be built modularly with all precision machined aluminum components and with a bolted construction. As a result, these tanks are weld-free and leak-free. Ports are machined directly into the solid aluminum body and are flush with the outside of the tank. Modular construction allows the end-caps to be removed allowing for never before imagined feature combinations to go inside the tank. These tanks are offered in raw aluminum.

What Size Tank Do I Need For Air Suspension?

One of the most common questions surrounding air suspension air tanks is “what size tank do I need for my air suspension kit?” Most air suspension systems are going to utilize a 3 gallon or 5 gallon air tank. The size you will need will depend on how often you plan on using your air suspension and the type/quantity of air compressor you are using. If you plan on airing out every chance you get, you may want to get a 5 gallon tank to store more air for quicker operation. Our ENDO tanks are offered in 3 gallon and 5 gallon options.

The 5 gallon ENDO air suspension tank dimensions are: Length: 29.312" Height: 6.625" Diameter: 6.625"

The 3 gallon ENDO air suspension tank dimensions are: Length: 18.312" Height: 6.625" Diameter: 6.625"

Frequently asked questions

What does an AccuAir system do in an air suspension setup?

AccuAir systems provide electronic air management for full air suspension setups. They typically control compressors, valves and height sensors to maintain preset ride heights automatically, often with features like multiple height memory settings and automatic levelling.

What are the main benefits of using the ENDO Valve-Tank?

The ENDO Valve-Tank integrates valves directly into the air tank, which simplifies installation and reduces visible plumbing. This results in a cleaner and more organised setup in your vehicle. Additionally, it features advanced solenoid valve technology with variable flow control, enhancing performance and responsiveness.

Is the ENDO Valve-Tank suitable for all air suspension systems?

While the ENDO Valve-Tank is designed to work with most air suspension systems, it is essential to ensure compatibility with your specific setup. The tank's integrated valves and modular construction make it a versatile choice for various applications, but always check your system's requirements before installation.

What size air compressor is recommended for the ENDO Valve-Tank?

For optimal performance with the 5-gallon ENDO Valve-Tank, a larger compressor with a longer duty cycle is recommended, such as the PX06 or PX07. This ensures you can quickly refill the tank and maintain sufficient air pressure for your suspension needs.

How does the modular construction of the ENDO Valve-Tank benefit users?

The modular construction allows for easy maintenance and customisation. Users can remove end caps to access internal components, enabling upgrades or repairs without needing to replace the entire tank. This design also contributes to the tank being weld-free and leak-free, enhancing durability.

Can I use the ENDO Valve-Tank with a standard air suspension setup?

Yes, the ENDO Valve-Tank can be used with standard air suspension setups. However, ensure that your system can accommodate the tank's dimensions and integrated valve design for proper functionality.

How often should I drain the ENDO Valve-Tank?

It is recommended to periodically drain the ENDO Valve-Tank to remove moisture and contaminants from the system. Regular maintenance will help prolong the life of the tank and ensure optimal performance of your air suspension setup.
