Every good air suspension kit should have a high quality air tank to store the air produced by the air pumps. Most air tanks on the market are going to require you to run valves externally, meaning you will have more to deal with during install and more plumbing that will be visible. Our patented ENDO-VT™ valve integrated air tank provides a cleaner install by having the valves integrated into the air tank. This allows for quicker installs and an overall nicer presentation in your trunk, truck bed, or anywhere else you choose to mount your tank. The ENDO-VT also represents AccuAir’s next generation of solenoid valve technology that includes VFC™ (variable flow control) in addition to D.O.T. approved fully filtered and rebuildable FFPTC (fully-filtered push-to-connect) fittings.

About ENDO Tanks

AccuAir’s ENDO-Tank product line is the result of years of engineering accomplishments and represents the largest leap forward in air tank technology for 100 years. The system allows tanks to be built modularly with all precision machined aluminum components and with a bolted construction. As a result, these tanks are weld-free and leak-free. Ports are machined directly into the solid aluminum body and are flush with the outside of the tank. Modular construction allows the end-caps to be removed allowing for never before imagined feature combinations to go inside the tank. These tanks are offered in raw aluminum.

What Size Tank Do I Need For Air Suspension?

One of the most common questions surrounding air suspension air tanks is “what size tank do I need for my air suspension kit?” Most air suspension systems are going to utilize a 3 gallon or 5 gallon air tank. The size you will need will depend on how often you plan on using your air suspension and the type/quantity of air compressor you are using. If you plan on airing out every chance you get, you may want to get a 5 gallon tank to store more air for quicker operation. Our ENDO tanks are offered in 3 gallon and 5 gallon options.

The 5 gallon ENDO air suspension tank dimensions are: Length: 29.312" Height: 6.625" Diameter: 6.625"

The 3 gallon ENDO air suspension tank dimensions are: Length: 18.312" Height: 6.625" Diameter: 6.625"

Frequently asked questions

What does an AccuAir system do in an air suspension setup?

AccuAir systems provide electronic air management for full air suspension setups. They typically control compressors, valves and height sensors to maintain preset ride heights automatically, often with features like multiple height memory settings and automatic levelling.

What are the benefits of using the ENDO Valve-Tank compared to traditional air tanks?

The ENDO Valve-Tank integrates the valves directly into the tank, which simplifies installation and reduces visible plumbing. This design not only provides a cleaner aesthetic but also enhances the overall functionality by minimising potential leak points.

Is the ENDO Valve-Tank suitable for all types of air suspension systems?

Yes, the ENDO Valve-Tank is versatile and can be used with most air suspension systems. However, ensure that your system is compatible with the tank's specifications and that you have the appropriate compressor to match your air usage needs.

How does the variable flow control (VFC) feature work?

The VFC feature allows for adjustable airflow through the solenoid valves, enabling finer control over the suspension's ride height and responsiveness. This means you can tailor the performance of your air suspension system to your specific needs.

Can I use the ENDO Valve-Tank for both air suspension and powering air tools?

While the ENDO Valve-Tank is primarily designed for air suspension systems, it can be used to power air tools if paired with an appropriate compressor. However, for optimal performance, consider a larger tank if you plan to use it frequently for tools.

What maintenance is required for the ENDO Valve-Tank?

Regular maintenance includes periodic draining of moisture from the tank to prevent corrosion and ensure optimal performance. Additionally, inspect the fittings and valves for any signs of wear or leaks to maintain system integrity.

What are the dimensions of the ENDO Valve-Tank?

The 3-gallon ENDO Valve-Tank has the following dimensions: Length: 18.312", Height: 6.625", Diameter: 6.625". Ensure you have adequate space for installation in your vehicle or setup.
