The bracket diameter, bolt pattern and clearances are all designed around a specific series.

Boss airbags typically have a recommended working range of around 5–160 psi, with a recommended test pressure of about three times the maximum working pressure and burst testing well above that. Always refer to the specific bag’s data and never exceed the recommended working pressure in normal use.

Replacement airbags must be installed on the correct brackets with the correct beadlock rings or hardware as designed for that kit. Ensure there is adequate clearance from tyres, exhausts, sharp edges and moving suspension parts, and maintain minimum pressure so the bag does not fold or pinch under full compression or articulation.
