Shipping Information

All items are shipped from our Arundel, Gold Coast Warehouse on the next business day via Australia Post. Delivery times will vary depending on where you are. We will send you a paid invoice with tracking information on dispatch. If there are any issues that may delay your shipment we will be in touch.

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. Returns for change of mind are subject to a restocking fee. Where an incorrect item has been ordered, we are happy to exchange it for the correct product; however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Faulty items will be replaced and we will pay the shipping.
